Payee Pro Web has been developed to serve the needs of the Rep Payees. Panoramic has developed and
supported software automation applications for public conservators, public administrators, public guardians,
and rep payees for over 20 years. We have extensive experience in fiduciary accounting. Payee Pro Web
includes the extensive fiduciary accounting functions required by rep payees.
Payee Pro Web will simplify the process of fiduciary accounting, allowing agency managers to be more
productive with their time. A transparent, auditable, full double-entry general ledger system is included.
Automatic reports and form-letter generation is included. Documents of many kinds (scans, photos, etc.) may
be attached and saved with records for other users to access. Security is achieved through user access
permissions at all levels.
Payee Pro Web offers a full range of functionality including Document Management, Financial Management,
Bank Reconciliation, and Asset Management. Ad hoc reports may be generated and saved by the user and even
become a permanent part of the application.
