PGPro Web has been developed to serve the needs of the Public Guardian. Panoramic has developed and supported software automation applications for public conservators, public administrators, and public guardians for over 20 years. We have extensive experience in case management, fiduciary accounting and court reporting. PGPro Web includes the extensive Case Management functions as well as the fiduciary accounting functions required by public guardians.

PGPro Web will simplify the process of case management and court reporting for the Public Guardian/Administrator, allowing agency managers to be more productive with their time and case managers, property managers and accountants to spend more time serving clients. Address history, medical history, event narrative history, and client friends and relatives are tracked. A full double-entry general ledger system is included. Automatic reports and form-letter generation is included. Documents of many kinds (scans, photos, etc.) may be attached and saved with case records for other users to access. Security is achieved through user access permissions at all levels.

PGPro Web offers a full range of functionality including Client Tracking, Case Notes, Client Friends and Relatives, Document Management, Address Change history, Financial Management, Bank Reconciliation, Court Reporting, and Asset Management. Ad hoc reports may be generated and saved by the user and even become a permanent part of the application.
